Fluoron Inc. offers FEP HST (heat shrinkable tube) roll cover products made from Teflon® to handle serious complications of sticking, buildup, corrosion, pits and grooves. Teflon® FEP (fluorinated ethylene propylene) roll covers are available in any diameter and custom fabricated to your roll size and application (seamless or seamed). Standard thickness’ are 0,25mm; 0,51 mm; 1,02 mm and 1,52 mm. Custom roll covers are also available. All Fluoron roll covers are available in either Type N/A (no adhesive) or Type A (etched interior with adhesive for bonding).

Product I:
Common HST (seamless and seamed) shrinks in diameter only and is made from Teflon® FEP. If Teflon® HST is currently in use at your mill, please help us by specifying which product you’re presently using, including the type and thickness. [Specify Type N/A (no adhesive) or Type A (etched interior with adhesive for bonding)].

Product II:
HST shrinks in both diameter and length to reduce wrinkle problems during installation. Installation techniques are different from Product I. Available in seamed, seamless, Type N/A and Type A.

Product III:
“Fluoro-Flex” for Metal-Clad® and Metrol® segmented bowed rolls.

Product HT:
High-temperature bondable HST made from Teflon® Perfluoroalkoxy (PFA).

Product OMS:
Our dryer covers are made from 0,51mm Teflon® FEP and seamed on the dryer in the machine.
